The goal of this study is to offer a brief summary of the dangers of consuming bee products in honeybee venom allergic patients and compositae allergic patients, the possible allergens implicated in these responses, advances in diagnosing and managing allergic reactions to bee products. Patients who are sensitive to bee venom or compositae may also be allergic to bee products. Several allergens included in bee products have been detected in bee venom.

Anaphylaxis to bee products is quite unusual. Certain investigations have found a definite link between some aeroallergens, such as compositae, and allergic responses to bee products. Furthermore, allergic responses to bee products are connected with poor outcomes in atopic and lung problem patients and are a prevalent occupational illness in beekeepers. Cross-reactivities between bee components and bee venom have been proposed. Furthermore, several investigations discovered people who were allergic to both honey and propolis, as well as bee venom. Nonetheless, no clear link has been shown between allergy to bee products and bee venom. Cross-reactivities between bee products and bee venom, on the other hand, maybe significant in some situations.
