The patient was previously diagnosed with febris non specificata and is now suspected to have a urinary tract infection.

What is the cause of this urine color?

The discoloration was linked to chronic medications he regularly took in his home country for severe pain and urinary tract infection prevention. These included a cannabis capsule (8% THC, 7% CBD), another with 20% THC, and unspecified herbal remedies from a folk healer.
