The 2025 annual meeting of the Peripheral Nerve Society (PNS) takes place in Edinburgh, Scotland, from May 17-20.
Opening remarks from PNS President Charlotte Sumner, MD, take place on Sunday, May 18, after a day of educational activities on Saturday.
Starting on Monday, PNS 2025 will feature a series of “Mini-Symposia,” sessions that include three to four topics of discussion.
Concurrent PNS Mini-Symposium #1
Topics for this mini-symposium include:
- Tropical Neuropathies Unveiled: Bridging Education, Clinical Practice, and Research
- Aging and Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease: Understanding the Neuromuscular Junction’s Role in Disease Progression and Physical Decline
- Optimizing Clinical Trial Designs for Peripheral Neuropathies
- Peripheral Neuropathic Pain: From Bench to Bedside
Concurrent PNS Mini-Symposium #2
This symposium takes place on Tuesday. Topics to be discussed include:
- The Multicellular Regulation of Axon Degeneration and Regeneration in Peripheral Nerve Repair
- Artificial Intelligence in Peripheral Neuropathies
- Immune-Mediated Neuropathies Between Molecular Science and Clinical Reality
Concurrent PNS Mini-Symposium #3
The final mini-symposium of PNS 2025 will be held later in the day on Tuesday and will include the same topics as discussed in the second mini-symposium of the meeting.
