Renal mass biopsy is valuable in the assessment of little renal masses. We have recently detailed that office based, ultrasound guided renal mass biopsy is protected, successful and doable when performed by urologists. This examination analyzes office based, ultrasound guided renal mass biopsy performed by urologists and medical clinic based renal mass biopsy.

The study reflectively contemplated 70 patients who went through office based, ultrasound guided renal mass biopsy and 155 who went through clinic based, ultrasound or mechanized tomography guided renal mass biopsy for assessment of a little renal mass (4.0 cm or less) between January 2010 and February 2016.

An aggregate of 70 patients went through office based, ultrasound guided renal mass biopsy. Middle age in this gathering was 69.5 years, middle weight list was 29.5 kg/m2 and 61.4% of the patients (43) were male. An aggregate of 103 patients went through medical clinic based, ultrasound guided biopsy. Middle age in this gathering was 68.0 years, middle weight record was 29.3 kg/m2 and 53.4% of the patients (55) were male. At last, 52 patients went through emergency clinic based, modernized tomography guided biopsy. Middle age in this gathering was 69 years, middle weight record was 30.1 kg/m2 and 51.9% of the patients (27) were male.
