This study is to evaluate the efficacy of virtual reality telling programs in order to control the balance of patients with spinal cord injury. The proper training with VR best gaming has the power to improve the balance in patients with spinal cord injury. To find out the outcomes of this process patients with traumatic SCI and non-traumatic SCI are being included for less than 6 months in a hospital-based study. Devil divided into two groups. 21 patients were sent to the experimental groups and 12 patients were sent for the normal control group. The patients with the experimental group have been treated with VR therapy for 3 weeks consisting of 5 days a week. This VR therapy is nothing but a game in virtual reality where the patients are being asked for some movements in the form of a game.

After 3 weeks of VR therapy, it has been seen that the patients from the experimental group have not shown any significant improvement but they have not even decreased in their conditions. Which means they become stable in that position. Therefore as per the study, VR therapy can balance the situations for patients with spinal cord injury.
