This study states that To assess midterm results of arthroscopic predominant capsular remaking (SCR) utilizing a decellularized porcine dermal xenograft in patients with gigantic, unsalvageable rotator sleeve tears and to decide the impact of corresponding, repairable subscapularis tears.

This is a review investigation of 56 patients with a base 2-year follow-up.
