There has been an increase in the number of studies being conducted to unravel that physical activity is ideally associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and hypertension. Therefore, the risk of the chronic illness of kidney has increased with the passage of time. Therefore, twitch the increase in the number of studies that have been conducted, various conflicting views have come forward. These conflicting views are in the position to draw a relationship between the physical exercise of the body and the chronic kidney disease which is ideally suffered by the people. Therefore, at the end, a prospective cohort study was conducted and 14,000 participants were taken from different countries around the world. Therefore, all the people so took were ranged in the age group of 45-80 years. The results showcased that 15 percent of the people were classified as inactive and hence were most likely to contract the serious chronic illness and hence, the people who were very agile and active had a lesser possibility of contracting this problem.
