The National Oncology Trainees Collaborative For Healthcare Research is a research organization aiming at enhancing the quality and the quantity of research in the field of clinical oncology in the country of the United Kingdom. This association has been specifically formed by those persons who are young and aspiring and at the same time, are involved in the medical field. Therefore, for becoming a part and parcel of this organization, one of the most important considerations is to ensure that the people are able to lead, undertake, and appraise the research in the best possible manner. For this, the best remedy available is to read tonnes and tonnes of literature. Their main aim is to create a large network wherein the students from all parts of the world come and assemble and hence, try to contribute in the existing research on oncology in the best possible manner. This will increase the flow of knowledge in society. Therefore, the most important point to be given a sufficient amount of consideration is the fact that people are becoming aware of this association and are expressing their desire to be a part of it.
