The aim of this study is To test the attributes of a crossover laser versus thulium and lasers with respect to delicate tissue removal.

Tissue tests of new nonfrozen porcine kidneys were utilized to analyze the three lasers. A mechanized interpretation XY stage with a fixed fiber holder to control the speed of cutting (2 and 5 mm/s) was utilized. Five entry points with every laser were performed. Lactate dehydrogenase staining of the installed examples was performed to decide cut profundity, zones of vaporization, coagulation zone, carbonization grade, and thermomechanical harm of the coagulated tissue. All information are communicated as mean ± standard deviation.

The half breed laser showed the most noteworthy vaporization speed (34.4 ± 0.1 mm3/s) and coagulation zones (10 ± 0.1 mm2) at a drag speed of 5 mm/s among the researched lasers. It showed a few times bigger coagulation zone contrasted and the Ho:YAG laser (4 ± 0.1 mm2). The nonstop wave thulium fiber laser (cwTFL) showed an essentially higher evaluation of carbonized tissue contrasted and the crossover and Ho:YAG lasers. The half breed laser showed further cuts and a quicker vaporization speed contrasted and the cwTFL and the Ho:YAG laser. It very well may be a compelling device to join the benefits of the two lasers to successfully disintegrate delicate tissue with great coagulative properties.
