A survey of more than 1,600 pediatric facilities has found that adoption of fully functional electronic health records (EHRs) among pediatricians appears to lag behind that of other institutions. Barriers to adopting EHRs included financial and productivity concerns, but pediatricians were also worried about finding EHR systems that met their needs.
