There have been many studies that have been conducted so far in order to measure the effectiveness of adoptive cell therapy. This can be using the chimeric antigen receptor cells which will be in the condition to augment the cells and hence, an attempt was made to genetically modify the T-cell agents which are basically the target cells of the CD-19. In addition, an attempt is made to check the cross-reactivity of the T-cells and hence, an examination is oriented towards the calculation of incidence and leaking mediated cardiac dysfunction. In addition, there have been situations wherein CAR T-cell therapy is associated with cardiac dysfunction. The mediated myocardial depression is known for affecting the T cells against the titin and there has been evidence to prove this situation wherein the median value of the thyroxin was linked at around 85-90 percent. There have been added amount of CD-19 and B-cell augmentation which is linked with depression using cardiotoxicity and hence, at the same time an attempt is made to provide for the best possible facilities.
