Fungal and bacterial microbiota play an important role in developing asthma. Therefore an aim is made to characterize airway microbiome and functional genes in multiple ways and hence, it is basically linked with the fact that the genes in asthma and controls are able to exhibit themselves properly. This assures that the people are provided with the best possible care in the best possible manner. The sputum microbiome of controls and untreated asthma patients and also inhaled corticosteroid which is basically received by the patients in the best possible way. Therefore, an attempt is made to register to that these functional genes affect the functioning of the body in the worst possible manner, therefore, it was discovered in the results that the mycobiome which is nothing but an untreated asthma group is in the position to provide for the fact that these things affect the living in the worst possible manner.  The ICS receiving patients were able to draw an analogy in the ratio of 4582 patients and hence, it was discovered that nearly 87 percent of the patients were in the position to provide for these items in the minimum possible time, also, the aim was to ensure that the ph levels of the body somewhere remain within the range of 872 patients.
