The aim of this study is to plan to analyze the adequacy and wellbeing of smaller than expected percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mPNL) and standard PNL (sPNL) in a gathering of patients who had a background marked by PNL and additionally open renal medical procedure (auxiliary patients).
