The most important consideration for the medical industry in these times is to consider, calculate and evaluate the treatments which will be able to reduce the side-effects of the deadly disease of cancer in the best possible manner. Therefore, one of the most consideration that is laid down by them is ensuring that the research us never compromised and the research institutes conduct various types of studies in order to develop the technology and the medicines which are able to reduce the side effects of the treatment in the best possible manner. Therefore, one such study aimed at understanding the effect and implementation of 18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography surveillance after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. This will be used to compare the outcomes for the class of the people who have specifically achieved and got a full CR, EQR, and incomplete ICR nodal response after being on medication for a period of 2 years. Therefore, it was discovered that the patients with a higher amount of HPV positive HNSCC who have already achieved EQR will have more chances of survival as compared to those who have not achieved this.
