There have been various studies conducted so far in order to understand the effect of serum levels on the desmoglein. In addition, there has been an additional effort made to understand the correlation between the two. It was discovered that the people who are in the capacity of being a healthy person was in the position of being the one in which the chances of the reduction of serum levels below the desired 8.5 mg/l were the maximum. Hence, an effort was made to provide for these concepts in the best possible manner and hence, a sample of 548 people was taken with the number of men being 48 percent and the women being 52 percent. It was discovered that the people in the population had the capacity of being adjudged in the position to have different serum enzymes in themselves. The people who were already suffering from cancer were known to give the lowest levels i.e. 2 mg/L as compared to the healthy people who at least had 8 mg/l. Hence, an attempt was made to understand the correlation between the variables by conducting more and more of such studies.
