The purpose of this review article is to assess sexual dysfunction in males who have sex with other guys (MSM). Sexual dysfunction is frequent among males who have intercourse with other men. Sexual dysfunction in MSM frequently has a negative influence on their psychological well-being, maybe even more so than in heterosexuals. Despite the prevalence and severity of sexual dysfunction in MSM, access to proper care may be restricted.

It is critical for urologists, particularly sexual medicine physicians, to be aware of and comfortable with MSM sexual practices variations. Penile pathology will have a detrimental impact on this patient population’s quality of life and well-being. As a result, it is critical to appropriately diagnose and treat these individuals.
