There have been various studies that have been conducted so far to understand the efficiency of radiotherapy after radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer. The studies specifically aimed in comparing the efficacy and safety of radiotherapy in addition to the therapies which were already getting conducted. Therefore, what has been able to get accepted in this background is the fact that the people have been trying to sort out the best possible opportunities for them in the best possible manner. The studies have been conducted in patients who have been in a controlled situation with only one risk factor that was a high Gleason score. Standard survival analysis methods were used in the best possible manner. The finding reported that 50 percent of the patients who were taken in the sample were able to recover only because of the radiotherapy they achieved. Therefore, it was able to prove the efficacy of the treatment and hence, left no possible doubt for them in any manner.
