The United States of America has emerged as a world leader in organ transplant. There has been an increase of 38 percent in the process of organ donation becoming a success. Social media platforms which include Twitter, Facebook, instagram and YouTube has become a powerful tool of persuasion. Although there have been deviations in which the process gets  conducted, however, in the end, there are 90 percent successful organ transferred recipients who are once again reliving their life in the best possible manner. Therefore, an attempt must be further made to accommodate the changes in accordance with the present situation. In the present time the social media engagement which is done by several health organizations is mediocre, as it severely lacks, clear strategy, and the evidence displayed by them for its effectiveness is quite unconvincing. This research shows the importance of enhanced strategic evidences of social media which is now coming into limelight, so as to serve this purpose.
