Vitamin D Supplements Do Not Lower BP

International investigators suggest that vitamin D supplementation does not appear to lower blood pressure (BP) despite previous research indicating a relationship between low vitamin D levels and elevated BP. After analyzing 46 trials, the study authors found no effect of vitamin D supplementation on diastolic or systolic BP.
